One question everyone has...

Ok so what do you do with the poop?

This question is one many people have.  Moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles...well you get the picture.  I know it was one that crossed my mind a few times before starting the cloth diapering journey.  I even got long rubber gloves for at our baby shower...haha they are too funny!  I was happy to find out it was much easier than I thought.  Exclusive breastfeeding really is awesome not only for the great nutritional benefits (That's another post) but also for the amazing ease of cleaning poop.  I never thought I would like talking about poop.  It is so easy to clean, just throw the diaper in the wash!  Hang the diapers out in the sun to remove any stains...yes it really works!  Once you start feeding solids your little one's poop changes.  There is good news though, many options are available for dealing with poop.  You may have heard of a sprayer many moms have sworn by them, you can even use them for a bidet when you and your family are done with diapers.  Diaper liners are available for purchase.  They come in small and large sizes perfect for any stage in your baby's growth.  The liners can be flush able or even reusable fleece liners are available.  Fleece liners are great for avoiding newborn poo stains and are a great option if you want less waste.  The disposable liners are safe to flush.  Put a liner in your little one's diaper shake or lift out of diaper and place in the toilet.  Liners are an important choice for days when your little one is sick or when using diaper rash creams.
